This is a model to find best price combination which makes more revenue. Based on historical trends, will find curve. And adjust this curve by using some factors like, correlation, first receive week of this year and previous year, and sell through target.

Situation:

·         Business was finding difficult to decide when to give promotions and how much to give to get more revenue.

Action taken:

·         Developed a model to find best price combination and period to get more revenue.

Result:

·         Business can easily decide promotions at any level (higher hierarchy top item level and national to store level). By this project store level promotion pricing functionality enabled which was not available earlier.

·         Worked on many application related to pricing like Dashboard, Clearance Modelling, Real Time Pricing Comparison.

·         Subject Matter Expert for Pricing Applications.

·         Responsible for technical implementation and troubleshooting of production issues related to pricing applications.

·         Responsible for working with support team to solve real time issues in critical pricing systems to send real time regular, promotional and sale price to stores.

·         Designing and implementing Big Data, Business Intelligence and analytical solutions in complex environments.

Situation:

·         Business was unable to backtrack prices and sales of stores.

Action taken:

·         Developed a dashboard where business can backtrack prices and sales at any level. Also this dashboard helps business to find overrides, reason to override and take actions.

Result:

·         Business got insights and take actions accordingly.

·         Prepare technical documents.

Situation:

·         Price were sent to stores only once in a day. Once price were released, only Store manager was able to do price changes if required in his stores. Business was not having feasibility to change in stores until next day price get released.

Action taken:

·         Developed a future state emergency pricing application.

Result:

·         Business can easily change price anytime and send updated price to stores in real time.
