Jun 2017–Mar 2018 Mechatronics master's final project politecnico di torino (Laboratory of the Mechatronics ) – MESAP company, turin (Italy) Projects and Accomplishments: ▪ Measure the volumetric flow rate at the ports using PumpLinx software through importing the prototype into the simulator, studying the features and improve the functioning of the Damper. ▪ Measuring the error of the (Simulation – Experimental) results by contrasting the measured points. ▪Calibration the effective torque that dominate the state of the valve using Simulink. ▪Estimation the required motor length through Comsol multiphysics software . ▪Observation the Valve's torque and processing the required torque in the valve . ▪Design some essential parts like spring bar and bearing using Solidwroks to support the function of the prototype.
