Due to the increasing growth of European Markets, they’re now looking for a
Sales Account East Europe
The position reports to the Export Sales Manager
Main activities and tasks will be
Supporting and growing existing direct accounts on site/from remote and developing new accounts. This includes products presentations, training classes, seminars etc.
Discussing and finalizing new distribution agreements within the region;
Preparing quotes and discussing supply agreements;
Identifying new potential accounts and target industries for the company’s products and technologies;
Developing and executing sales strategies to ensure consistent growth in the assigned territory;
Qualifying and distributing sales leads, ensuring timely follow-ups;
Preparing sales reports and forecasts, analyzing regional sales trends to determine areas of improvement in the sales process;
Entering and managing data through the company’s proprietary CRM.
Skills/Experience Required:
2/3 years experience in sales; direct selling activities in technical sectors will be considered a plus;
Strong travelling availability (minimum 50% of worktime spent on travels/visits);
Fluent English (Miminum B2 Spoken and Written);
Good knwoledge of Polish, Russian or other Eastern languages will be considered a plus;
Diploma/Degree in Economical/Technical Studies Preferred;
