US Regional Sales Manager

Descrizione Offerta di LavoroOur client is a global manifecturer of components for Vision Systems.
We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Midwest U.S. (preferred locations: Chicago, Detroit). The MW Manager will be responsible for:
– Visiting customers and phone calls
– Supporting and growing existing direct accounts on site/from remote and developing new accounts
– Supporting and growing the network of channel partners within the region, including distributors, dealers, value added resellers and system integrators
– Discussing and finalizing new distribution agreements within the region
– Preparing quotes and discussing supply agreements
– Identifying new potential accounts and target industries for the company’s products and technologies
– Developing and executing sales strategies to ensure consistent growth in the assigned territory
– Qualifying and managing sales leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and full customer satisfaction
– Preparing sales reports and forecasts, analyzing regional sales trends to determine areas of improvement in the sales process
– Entering and managing data through the company’s proprietary CRM
The candidate will be expected to manage Distributors, System integrators, Accounts.
Desire Experience and Skills:
–BS in Engineering;
-Minimum years experience in selling technology products and solutions come Regional Sales manager Midwest in factory automation/machine vision industry
-Experience/competence in machine vision lighting preferred;
-Good knowledge of the English language-Strong relationship builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
