IT System Supporter
We are looking for a customer based in Milano/Milan for a supporter in IT-Operations. Since the project is in Italy it is mandatory that you have fluent English and Italian skills.

Mainly you should guarantee the quality of the daily business by the provision of technical assistance and support of incoming queries related to computer systems, software/hardware, mobile devices, printers, IP phones and video conferencing systems.

Location and Duration:

• Milano/Milan (Italy)
• January or February – December 2016
• Days per Month: 22
• ONSITE from 08:30 – 18:00

Technical Skills:

• Operating System: Windows (Windows 7) & iOS
• Blackberry 10
• Cisco IP phones
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Exchange
