Westhouse is a leading HR services company for specialists and executives from the fields of IT as well as in Engineering and Top Management sector on an either permanent or project basis.
For our internal team, we are currently searching for an:
ACCOUNT MANAGER (m/f)- VERONA
Your Skills:
– Previous experience in a recruitment / head hunting company;
– Proven experience as Account Manager / Business Developer / Sales manager / Area Manager in a company specialized in ICT / Top Management head hunting;
– Wide network of different ICT companies / consulting companies, etc.;
– Multitasking;
– Target orientation / Proactivity;
– Fluent in English and Italian;
– Other foreign languages (German, Dutch, Spanisg, etc. would be considered a plus.
– Knowledge of MS Office.
Your Tasks:
– Developing the business relations with the clients;
– Gaining new clients in Italy and abroad as well;
– Widening our network in ICT (Industry 4.0, Big Data, Cloud Techonologies) , Engigneering and Top Management area;
– Contract negotiations;
– Taking care of Recruitment process (Job Posting, interviews, …);
– Event Participation;
– Possibility of a Team leading.
