Your Role

Reporting to central SAP Delivery Manager, you will act as business partner in supporting the Process Owners, Key Users and End Users, training them and implementing for them functionalities related to the FI / CO and related modules. You will define, revise, optimize, test, implement and document new business processes in collaboration with the colleagues of the SAP Competence Centre and of the external consultants.

You’ll be asked to interact at different levels both in Italy and in our subsidiaries throughout the world.

Main accountabilities:

• Understand PO, KU, EU needs and analyze possible solutions in conjunction with the SAP Delivery manager and the other members of SAP Competence Centre;
• Analyze processes, divide them in parts and propose improvements. Standardize and document SAP main flows;
• Customize SAP system in the specified modules;
• Analyze and coordinate the implementation of new software connected directly or indirectly to the relevant SAP modules;
• Execute system unit testing and support the integration and regression testing. Guarantee the Integrity and the Correct functioning of the system.

Experience and Qualifications

The role ideally fits a brilliant and resourceful professional who achieved:

• University degree in Economics
• Good knowledge of accounting / financial principles
• A 2+ year experience in SAP preferably on FI / CO modules achieved in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in project management, although as project player is required.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across functional and international teams.

Fluent English is a prerequisite.
Good command of Spanish is a preferable.
SAP certifications constitues a plus.
