Office location: Milan

Responsibilities:
Responsible for code delivering
Creation of the internal team
Plan the technological development of the company at 360°
Analyze and continuously improve the efficiency, scalability, platform stability, and processes
Analyze and identify appropriate technology platforms (including web application frameworks and deployment stack) to release the service
Identify and implement the technology architecture to ensure business continuity

Requirements
Technical requirements: PHP, jQuery e jQuery UI, Varnish, Redis, MongoDB, PostgreSql, Gearman e Scrapy
Excellent ability to design and development of web-based services that meet customer and business needs
Proven management skills in the management of technical people, projects and budgets
Good project management skills and coordination
Excellent communication skills
Initiative and autonomy
Belief in the project and adaptability to a startup environment

Nice to have:
Degree in computer science, engineering or similar
At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
Experience in managing a tech team
