Role: Quality Assurance Manager;
Senority: Bachelor’s level or 3 years of higher education – Minimum 5 years of professional experience for level 1;

Skills:

Good knowledge of IS quality assurance and quality control practices
Good experience with quality procedures
Good knowledge of the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration)
Good knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
Being able to understand well requirements analysis and application for web applications and web services (UML)
Understanding of relational databases (Oracle) and service testing using SOAPUI (WSDL, XSD understanding)
Good knowledge of information systems lifecycle
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile)
Capable to communicate effectively with different actors involved (testers, developers, management etc.)
Strong capacity in preparing and writing studies
Strong capacity to give high level presentations.
Ability to apply high quality standards
Quick learning ability is required, being organized, versatile and a results-oriented team player
Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments
Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings in French and English, excellent communicator; good command of the English language is mandatory
Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment.

Other Precisions:
ISTQB certified
Experience of application lifecycle management tools RTC, RQM and RRC
Experience of Planning and Defect management is required. Experience in this
domain using Rational Team Concert is considered as an advantage.
Experience in testing information systems business processes (finance, procurements
and accounting) in public institutions;
Basic knowledge of test automation strategies and test automation tools (RFT,
Selenium, WebDriver, SOAPUI, …)
Understanding of TMAP methodology
