For our client we are currently looking for a

Service Desk Coordinator (m/f)

Your Skills
– Excellent oral and written communication skills (English language) for end users and partner interactions;
– Proven experience in Service Desk team and Incident Management managing;
– Strong Service Now knowledge;
– Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge oriented to analytics and reporting functions;
– Familiarity with the fundamental principles of ITIL/SLA;
– Strong soft skills in IT Incident managing;
– Business oriented capabilities to address incidents and manage the communication with persons at all levels of the organization and to represent the organization professionally in the business community;
– Able to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms in order to let the non IT users basically understand;

Your Tasks
– Coordinate incidents resolution process
– Detect and report sensitive issues
– Manage the business users and VIPs, address IT technical issues across 1st and 2nd levels by follow-up the whole process and escalating in case of need
