Technical Designer and programmer

Di seguito lo skill del candidato ideale, che non può prescindere dalla conoscenza dell’inglese:

· Excellent writing and communication skills in English language (being the environment international and multicultural, and being the continuous communication with the rest of the team a strict requirement as well);

· Ability to work permanently and with continuity on Milan office location;

· Seniority to work autonomously to design, according to functional specification, the required parts of the system and to coordinate/supervise the related development activities.

The candidate has to be able to:

· Design a high performances transactional software guaranteeing failover, replica, etc.

· Design and develop unit, integration and non-functional tests

· Design and develop optimized procedures and algorithms taking into account performance constraints (most of the algorithms actually within the system are based on graphs algorithms science, so a good understanding of it is required)

· Design and develop the system ensuring high modularity

· Write and document, using UML standards and English language, the technical solution and implementation up-front (design), starting from business specification and technical architecture using the same standards

· Manage development and bug fixing activities

Main technical skills/expertise required and context:

· High speed transaction processing, high reliability and scalability

· WebSphere 8 in distributed environment, JDK7 and JEE 6, and in further details:

o JAXB

o JMS (queues management / connection factories on SiBus, MDB implementation, etc.)

o JPA (OpenJPA)

o JSF (Primefaces)

o CDI

o EJB 3 (with particular attention on JTA topics)

o Batch Jobs

o JAX-WS (including security)

· Quartz in distributed environment

· SQL

· XML

· JUnit

· Arquillian

· Maven

· Git

· Oracle RAC

· DataGrid (eXtreme scale)

Tools and products knowledge required:

· Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Stash, Bamboo and Crowd : for the delivery life cycle

· SonarQube: for code analysis and quality control

· Sparx Enterprise Architect : Design / UML Diagrams

· Any Java Enterprise Development IDE (Eclipse and IntelliJ are the most used)

· WebSphere

· Oracle and related products (i.e. GoldenGate, DataGuard)
