· I am working at Amazon.com, Inc., employed as Associate, Quality Services with the Alexa project. Alexa, is a virtual assistant developed by Amazon for its Echo devices.
· Created Test plan & Script, Defect Management Templates; Created Initial test plan and developed test cases and test scripts manually.
· Interact with Developers and Business Analysts to perform various types of testing throughout Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle (BLC). Have good hand-on with JIRA bug tracking tool.
· Actively participated in all QA and testing activities during UAT and PROD SDLC, Black box testing. Actively participated in smoke, functional and ad-hoc testing during SIT phase.

LMS – Learning Management System
· I worked at PeopleONE Technologies Pvt Ltd which was initially known as ExpertusONE.
I have been employed in this company from March 13, 2017 to November 19, 2018.
· The project that I was handling there is “Learning Management System”. It is an E-Learning application. We had various boxes such as the Sandbox , Demo , Staging environments that are shared to our clients.
· Conducted Root Cause Analysis and provided Permanent Resolution for each problem ticket reported.
· Provided week-end support for testing applications during build deployment. Under this product we manage customer relationship via bug fixing and maintenance of the product on daily basis for the ease of sales team to perform demo to the customers.
· The initial data set-up for each product were done by our team that is based on the customer’s requirements.
· The Salesforce account is used for reporting. We used the Zoho ticketing system for bug reporting and mailing.
· Have received best employee awards in highest bug filing and fixing(entire bug life cycle).

FACE RECOGNITION USING RPP ESTIMATION
In this project, instead of training an occlusion aware model with visibility annotation, we address this issue via a model adaptation scheme that uses the result of a local regression forest (RF) voting method. In the proposed scheme the consistency of the votes of the local RF in each of several over segmented regions is used to determine the reliability of predicting the location of the facial landmarks.
