beaming for innovation and better living.
At ebeam Technologies, I draw on my background in mechanical engineering and product
development to help make complex technology simple. By working closely with our OEM partners, I
aim to bring the business and sustainability benefits of ebeam Technologies’ solutions to
manufacturing and other industries around the world.
With a growing global population, there is an urgent need for cleaner and more efficient technologies
to reduce energy requirements and wastage. By mastering the electron, ebeam and its partners are
overcoming significant challenges to bring more sustainable and innovative technologies into all kinds
of different industries.

Within a leading reality in traditional printing machinery, mainly oriented towards packaging industry, I
have developed two digital printing solutions with international technology partners.
The first important successes is "SAPPHIRE EVO", the first inkjet machine for high productivity on
plastic substrates made in collaboration with the U.S. multinational KODAK,
The second success is "GAIA", for which I created a pool of European and American companies with
the result in a flexible printing machine with unique technical solutions.
I have also developed technological solutions to be integrated into printing lines of leading companies
in the traditional digital printing sectors to support them in approaching new markets, with the aim of
closing the technological gap.
I presented no. 2 patents regarding digital printing solutions on non-absorbent substrates and a third
patent for the automatic control of print quality, is being presented.

3S business unit Manager: upgrade, service, spare parts and ancillary equipment for the printing
industry.
This reality started from zero in 2007 and overall achieved a sales result of € 11.5 million in 2016, year
in which I changed my job.
the most motivating challenge was to extrapolate, starting from the requests of the customers, the
innovative and performing solutions of the UTECO range and apply them to machines already in
operation.
An interesting challenge was to draw from the technologies present in the printing market and
customize them on customer requests, providing an integration of production and control machinery from time to time.

An important project concerned the use of composite materials in substitution of metal alloys for the
realization of high performance components.

The degree thesis concerned the mechanical design of a linear actuator with high stiffness for
measuring the deformation of the main mirrors and correcting their shape. This linear actuator, called
HARDPOINT, is currently installed in hexapod configuration, supporting the two mirrors of the Large
Binocular Telescope – on mount Graham (Arizona, US)
I passed the Ph.D. exam in Engineering and I am registered with the Verona Engineers' Association.
