1 Senior Firewall Engineer – Milano

Five+ years experience in network security and firewall technologies in Service Provider / Data Center environment:
• Strong Cisco ASA Firewall platform
• Strong Juniper SRX and Checkpoint experience
• Data Centre Security design, migration, configuration, troubleshooting experience
• Cisco certification and experience with Firewall

Additional networking and data center experience and background:
• Cisco Routing and Switching
• Cisco 6500 platform
• Cisco 3750 platform
• Cisco 7200 platforms
• Cisco Nexus Family Platform
• Layer 2 technology and Spanning tree protocol
• L2 extensions protocols
• OSPF, BGP routing
• QoS
• Cisco and F5 Load Balancer experience

Datacenter firewall operations:
Field level support services (smart hands) during reactive actions performed as part of incident management.
Field level support services during any emergency conditions and service outages.
Implementation of projects.
LLD development and implementation services.
Development and maintenance of Network documentation (Wiki).
Participating at the Change Advisory Board.
Analysis of proposed changes and review of associated risks.
Troubleshooting all technical issues.
Attending weekly onsite meetings, if applicable, to review all outstanding cases and service events.
Attending regularly scheduled meetings with Customer to discuss operational issues, track open cases and report progress on resolution of open issues.
Providing knowledge of Customer’s network to assist in critical issue or case.
Providing root cause analysis for critical issues.

Certification is a nice to have – CCNP/CCIE Security

Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must (on top of Italian).
