Energy and oil client:
– Managed evaluation phase, concerning data center and network issues,
contact with all users is constantly functioning;
– Logistic and planning support during SD-WAN migrations.
– Collaboration with the stakeholders (suppliers, partners, customers) involved
during SD-WAN migrations, in order to have a complete view of the migration
activities, from the order of the equipment, up to the installation.
– Design and implementation of SD-WAN (Overlay / Underlay) technology, as a
new intelligent system to obtain cloud services from remote sites and connect
them to each other in a different and improved way.
– Managed the delivery phase of the network of connections (MPLS and
Internet) to be provided to the customer;
– Contribution to economic and governance activities;
– Focal point for the different teams involved on the whole project.
Bank and insurance client:
– SPOC for Service Now and networking
– Management implementation activities for problematic network services.
Customer support:
– Service Now support to the customer;
– about IPM and SR, collected through the Service Now service, which cannot
be resolved in the standard process;
– during the implementation of the network configuration on new customer sites
or moving of the latter.
