12/2010 today System Analyst / Programmer Technical Coordination – IT Consultant at BNL, BNP Paribas Group BNPP Content Management Industrialisation 
Aim of CMI Build Project is the implementation of a Content Management System based on Autonomy platform for BNPP group. In particular, this is a MIB (Multichannel International Banking) project, part of the Sales Workstation module, that is distributed to all countries belonging to BNPP group (Fortis Belgium, TEB Turkey, UkrSibbank Ukraine, BMCI Morocco, BNL Italy, BNP France).  I am involved in development part, planning and tasks estimation, functional and technical analysis. For this project I am using UML and Rational Software Modeler, Java, Javascript, XML and Autonomy products.

04/2009 12/2010 System Analyst / Programmer IT Consultant at BNL, BNP Paribas Group BNL Portal Messaging Systems and Web Applications – Internet Message Box, SMS Alert, Mobile Banking. The purpose of this project is the development of a Message Box in the Home Banking section of BNL Portal; it is powered by various external sources (Internet Channel, SMS Alert, etc…). For this project, IBM WebSphere Portal is used as front-end part, through the development of Java Portlets integrated with JfWeb Framework (Struts-based). 
JRF (Java Runtime Framework) is used as back-end part; it implements Spring Integration framework and it integrates Spring Framework and Hibernate for DAO part (Oracle DB is used).
I developed JRF services that interact with the part of front-end through Service Manager (as XML requests over HTTP).
Serena Dimension is used for Configuration Management.

08/2008 04/2009 Work experience at BNL, BNP Paribas Group in Rome Development of new BackOffice capabilities for IBM WebSphere Portal in support to New Business Portal for BNL, BNP Paribas.  For the purpose of thesis, two applications have been developed for IBM WebSphere Portal Server.
The two applications are composed by JSR 168 Portlets that support the Portal administrator in its operating activities. In particular, the Portlets solve problems of BackOffice management and of versioning.
