? Preparing & executing release plans, project plans & scrum schedules. ? Leading weekly status, SoS (Scrum of Scrums) & àœber SoS meetings. ? Facilitating monthly risk management sessions. ? Dependency management with stakeholders (Release, Scrum, Project, Support, Marketing Services, ePlatform teams, etc.). ? Coordinating product launches & roll-outs (such as IFA, CES, TVME Re-Categorization, New STK project, Aptimize project, Lithium project, Customer ID Unification project, Bond Campaign, VAIO go-live, Dealer Locator project). ? Leading project kick-off, catch-up & lessons-learned sessions, preparing cutover plans and following up all tasks. ? Pipeline Management with Business Partners. ? Preparing release schedules, coordinating staging & production deployments with Infrastructure team (TCS – based in Belgium & India). ? Creating CRQs (Change Requests) for production releases and coordinating them with Change Management team (located in the United Kingdom). ? Generating weekly & monthly reports, meeting minutes (notes). ? Retrieving code review reports via ART – Crucible. ? Arranging regression testing timetables. ? Leading weekly meetings with Infrastructure & Change Management teams. ? Coordinating security & performance tests (with security & performance specialists). ? Reporting problematic remedy cases (liaise with TCS, Network, IRM & Change Management teams). ? Advanced Development Request creation & status follow up in Remedy5 & Remedy7. ? Preparing, following up & updating all pages on JIRA and Confluence. ? Preparing monthly invoicing documents (for Senior Management). ? Onboarding of new joiners.
