Jan 2018 – _______ Manager in Parvis SPA Manager of two software development groups located in Budapest and in Italy, and accountable of customer relationships.  On the Business side I work on managing budget (2 million euros with a 15% increase in revenues compared with the previous year) with a focus on both productivity improvement and pre-sale involvement. May 2014 – April 2015 Project manager at BMW Italy (for Altran). I managed the ConSul project which goal standardize local applications. In this context, I led all the connections both with the vendor and third parties in order to collect the project’s requirements, formulate RFI, RFQ and RFP and follow each project phase till its successful closure in accordance with PMP methodology.
