mobile telephony networks. It was founded in 1876 by Lars Magnus Ericsson.
H3G PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT – I governed the performance of the contract for Cloud and Security
Services signed between Ericsson, H3G customer and third party HP. I managed two employees, three interns
providing them with a high score of thesis. I cooperated with Ericsson Security department, with H3G Security
group and Infrastructure and Service Level Management HP at first Italian and European subsequently. I
collaborated with two university of Milan: Computer Science and Polytechnic. I engineered the control of
contracts on the basis of technical requirements and guidelines for producing the Key Performance Indicators
(KPI).
• I automated the control of the Security Services following legal requirements (Garante’s legal regulations), measuring
the different stakeholders for their competences and responsibilities.
• I supported Ericsson Contract Management for writing the contract identifying the contract risks, the critical penalties
and clauses of recess. I supported the customer to have no findings by the Internal auditors.
• I activated the different accountable, internal and external, to consolidate metrics, reporting and dashboards. The
governance meetings produced and monitored action plans by ensuring that they adhere to ITIL processes.

WEB AND TELCO SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER – I worked in the production environment of Web and Telco
services of the company. I managed three managers for a total of 17 employees. I managed a group of 35
consultants with a budget of 3/7M€.
• I managed the launch of “3” Mobile Portal (the first European mobile web and of the world on UMTS technology) and
messaging services: SMS, MMS, and voicemail. I defined the organization charts, the company processes including
selection and training of personnel.
• I was the responsible of Stadiolive product (Videogoal). I managed the relationship with the marketing management and
with the monitoring and engineering departments. I managed the relationships with the suppliers both Italian and
international. I participated in the definition of third party contracts.
• I enhanced the supervision of the Quality of Services. I built 2000 KPIs for real time monitoring of business services. I
performed statistical service analysis starting from operational data.

DBA Manager – I worked on the formation of DBA group, selecting the resources and defining the roles of the
structure. I managed five employees. I was involved in the development of web Oracle projects. I managed the
projects directly with the customer (e.g. , British Telecom, Coop, Feltrinelli, Locat, Merloni, Omnitel2000, RAI). I
defined security policies for the Oracle infrastructure.
