1 Jan 2015–1 Jan 2016 Account & Project Manager @ Yeovil (U.K.) TXT e-solutions S.p.A., Milan (Italy) Manage TXT Engineering Teams (On-board software development and Simulation Systems) at AgustaWestland Yeovil premises (UK). My duties were the technical and project management of the activities on the site, as well as the negotiations with the Customer, in coordination with TXT Milan headquarters. During this period, I have been keeping an oversight on several on-going projects for Italian customers that I have followed during the years.

1 Apr 2014–1 Jan 2015 Project Manager and Technical Leader TXT e-solutions S.p.A., Milan (Italy) Responsible for the project management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including project initiation/proposals, project delivery, business liaison / stakeholder management, post implementation review and project close out / handover. In particular, I lead the development of the Operational Support System for the ATR-P72 that is foreseen to provide both Electronic Warfare Mission Data Generation and Validation (EWMDV) capabilities for the P-72A Weapon System. The solution was composed of both HW and SW design for providing simulation, of missing equipment / LRU s (either DASS or Avionics) as well as coordinating / controlling Rig Support ‟ Equipments (RSE) and monitoring, recording and analysis of test results. Development activities were performed by means of Microsoft Visual Studio 2008/2010, LabWindow/CVI Real Time 2013, Qt Framework, ANSI C and C++ languages. Products were deployed both on desktop and real-time target environment; desktop computers are x86 Red Hat Linux based machine; real-time target was National Instruments PXI with PharLap ETS as operative system.
