My main duty were to plan the activity, write down flow and operating procedures in order to start up this service and to provide an Incident support in case of faults. A reactive role designed primarily around the management, communication and reporting of high priority IT and Mobile Network service outages. Support to the 2nd Level team for the activities of  Fault/ Incident & Problem Management with the objective of accelerate the resolution of the problems highlighted by the M2M Intensive Care Team.
