Negli ultimi 20 mesi ho avuto esperienze in varie funzioni all'interno di Network Rail, acquisendo una profonda conoscenza dell'industria ferroviaria. Ultimamente ho ricoperto cariche di Fleet Engineer (ECM per treni manutentori dell'infrastruttura) e Assistant Engineer (sviluppo ed implementazione di standard e norme tecniche a livello nazionale ed europeo e supporto tecnico nei procedimenti di procurement).
Jan. 2016 – current: Network Rail – Assistant Engineer (Plant, Traction & Rolling Stock) After securing a first promotion, the opportunity was taken to expand practical experience by assisting the High Output Track Renewal Fleet Engineers carry out their Entity in Charge of Maintenance duties. This involves compliance and assurance work with regards to the modifications, maintenance and overhaul of a fleet of 2 Matisa P95 track renewal trains, 4 Plasser RM900 ballast cleaners, associated material delivery wagons, and supporting fleet of tampers, ballast regulators and dynamic track stabilisers.
Sept. 2014 – Jan 2016: Network Rail – Graduate Engineer Successful recruitment into the Network Rail Engineering Graduate Scheme ensured unparalleled access to the rail industry for nine months, opportunity that was taken to gain a thorough appreciation of industry practices and structure, resulting in a solid starting block for a promising career. Initial contributions to engineering work have also resulted in being beyond target with working towards Chartership.
Nov. 2013 – Aug. 2014: Brunel University – MSc Adv. Mechanical Engineering students’ representative After having had the chance to know fellow students, appointment was given by them to act as student representative for MSc course, further demonstrating recognition by others of responsible character, time management capabilities, and communication and dialoguing skills.
Feb. – Jun. 2013: Comune di Roma (city of Rome municipality) – local & national poll clerk and voting stations staff Responsible predisposition brought to being chosen to act as poll clerk, where numeracy skills were perfected in speed and accuracy, as well as developing public-facing skills during the voting procedures.
Jan. 2010 – Mar. 2012: Federazione Italiana Rugby (Italian rugby federation) – 6 Nations hospitality volunteer Additionally developed relating to public, in an international context, and interpersonal, teamwork skills by being part of the volunteer team in charge of spectator hospitality.
June 2010: Federazione Italiana Rugby (Italian rugby federation) – National Schools’ Championship event staff Helped own club host the event, combining passion for the sport with team needs
