RMED Proactive Service Driver Although I’m in the CD BBIP organization, I play the role as RMED PAS Driver. My main task is pre-sales activity to push the Proactive Service Support in the Region RMED, but also to analyze and identify potential customer to engage in proactive support.

I support and define with RMED  CS team the delivery set-up, and I’m the main interface between local sales team and the Central Organization (GCH, BL PRS, RMED Delivery) for PAS.

Solution Architect  Broadband NTW Hub In the Competence Domain organization , I play the role of  Solution Architect with technical responsability (in particular for   IP & BB part) in the offering solutions and proposals to our RMED customers.  My present job is finding the right solution and products for the customer needs, answering the technical part of tenders regarding the Optical, FTTx and BBA portfolio, providing answer to technical questions (SoC), technical documents regarding the proposed network solution.   I typically use WDM/MPLS tools to design customer network and produce BoM for the project/tender.

During 2015 I have participated to several Audit & Optimization Projects (Responsible for the Transmission area) for some mobile Algerian customers such as ATM Mobilis, Ooredoo and Djezzy.
