Led a team of Support for media Android and iOS Apps. Application and system support for Mediaset Premium Play and Infinity Apps. Manage and coordinate day-to-day production support operations and work closely with the development manager to ensure application issues or bugs are addressed in a timely fashion and in accordance to customer expectations. Analyzing field issues against tight deadlines.

Working very closely with the development and engineering teams responsible for the web sites and developers to build the interface with focus on usability features. Ability to improve performance based on new requirements.

Led a team for Business critical Android App solutions.
Manage and drive all aspects of the client-facing activities and processes including requirements gathering or analysis, functional designs, release planning, user acceptance testing and customer service or support.  Management of following Apps platforms: Symantec Nukona AppCenter, Oracle Web Center Content. 

Novembre 2009 – Dicembre 2011 PM Consultant; Vodafone Italy S.p.A. Milano

Front-end interface for engineering activity for Fixed Broadband Network area of Vodafone. Analysis of BRAS (Broadband Remote Access Server) equipment, definition and validation Acceptance Test of BNG (Broadband Network Gateway) and PM (Policy Manager) to the supplier Ericsson and Huawei. Management of migration ATM KIT and Bitstream – ULL.
