 Project: EFBM – Evolution Fatturazione Business Mobile: Comverse has been engaged by Telecom Italiato replace the current legacy billing system (Portal) with Kenan FX 2.0 for the business Mobile customers (Postpaid).

Key Achievements:

·         Creating detailed project document including solutions design, scheduling, which had not previously been done in regards to this project, this enabled the project to run on scheduled and significantly smoother.

·         Provided expertise across the project life cycle in specific relation to the Kenan platform.

·         Successfully interfacing with business to communicate the technical solution as well as considering the commercial and strategic requirements. 

·         Effectively utilised knowledge of SAP CO to be able to successfully create a compatible solution with Kenan FX.

Responsibilities:

·         Weekly and monthly progress meetings with internal stakeholders and Telecom Italia across 20 key functionalities.

·         Working with Telecom Italia to establish the key requirements of the project and solution.

·         Creating thorough project documentation to increase communication across the project lifecycle.

·         Interfacing between the solution architect and technical team to continually communicate the requirements of the project and ensure consistency and delivery against the requirements.

·         Overseeing and providing management for 2 test engineers.

·         Working with the Wind business representatives to gather the key requirements of the project and required outcomes.

·         Creating the project schedule and effectively communicating it across the testing team and business-wide stakeholders.
