06/2015 – 10/2016 Senior Project Manager, professional Services EMEA ClickSoftware Ltd, London, www.ClickSoftware.com Click Software is a software vendor which develops software that is used by service companies to schedule and dispatch field service employees. It provides a complete endto-end mobile workforce solution to the service industry. I was responsible for some workstreams relating to a transformation program ongoing at Telecom Italia, program was aimed to replace existing Workforce Field Management System with the new platform designed by Clicksoftware, within a private Cloud managed by Telecom Italia. Project budget circa 3MEuros, 30 people involved on many locations UK/Italy/Israel and Off shore in India. Solution plant designed for 12000 users. I have been involved in all the stages of the project life cycle with particular focus on the planning phase, requirements management and the execution of solution integration. As main customer focal point my responsibilities were: o Engage senior stakeholders to shape the direction of the project. o Prepare and present key decisions for approval articulating trade-offs between scope, solution, customer and operational impacts. o Manage the integration of complex IT systems (Infrastructure and Applications), engaging relevant platform teams, internals and 3Ps and applying appropriate oversight and control to achieve the project goals. o Define and manage Program’s KPI relevant for the Client. o Manage the Issues (technical and non-technical) and escalate to the proper organization: Support, R&D, Professional Services, and Sales. o Reporting (int/ext). I have been responsible for several clients, including some Finmeccanica companies.
