( Slovenja) , for the Led Lighting industrial branch Fosilum and smart led lighting interfaces, for the Italian market. from 1999 – to 2010 ICT systems installation and maintenance, Sales and Purchasing account manager. 49% ownership of the Company INTER-SERVICE.NET S.r.l. 18,Via Lazzaretto Vecchio – 34100 Trieste – Italy INTER-SERVICE.NET was founded by myself and a colleague of my former job in INTERGRAH LLC.. With a deal with INTERGRAPH, the Company continued to give HW/SW assistance to Fincantieri and Consorzio Venezia Nuova Servizio Informativo , customers that I was following directly with support in Unix/Microsoft workstation, PC and server system field. In few years we developed new customers through selling consultant services, ICT products, supervising and maintaining network efficiency/security and selling ICT system. from 1988 – to 1999 Senior Engineer, HW & SW maintenance on Intergraph windows workstation, Unix System V workstation and server, VMS mainframe , for Intergraph CAD, CAM, CAE, GIS applications. Strada 7 Palazzo, R1 Milanofiori 20089 Rozzano Milano – Italia http://www.intergraph.com/global/it/ I've started in Intergraph as Junior engineer till becoming Senior engineer, following in the beginning VMS based mainframe system with Cad/Gis graphic workstation, continuing following the change in the technology with Unix System V operating system and in the end Microsoft. I was in charge of following maintenance of all Fincantieri project offices and Italian shipyards, Consorzio Venezia Nuova, 3. MAJ Rjeka (CRO)shipyard and some other smaller customers. My activities were completely autonomous with based office in Fincantieri building in Palazzo della Marineria in Trieste. I was fully responsible of customers problem solving, to assure to fix any problem due to computer faults, that was blocking customer from drawing or production. In case of critical problems, I had support directly from European HQ in Niemegen or Huntsville AL. The reason I left Intergraph to continuing giving service to customer with my own Company was due to the fact that Intergraph decided to stop workstation and server production. The excellent customer service I gave during these years, permitted to ask my customer to continue to have myself as engineer with a deal with Intergraph, to continue maintenance contracts. During all these years, Intergraph gave me the opportunity to update constantly my knowledge following courses in Huntsville ( Alabama USA), Swindon (UK, and Niemegen ( Holland). from 1985 – to 1988 Electronic specialist engineer – Responsible of electronic diagnosis and fixing of Olivetti Computer and peripheral devices for Friuli Venezia Giulia. OLIVETTI – sede di Trieste Via Strada Vecchia dell'Istria – 34100 Trieste Italia I was hired in Olivetti as engineer to go on maintenance of HW products. After first months of training, Olivetti offered me the opportunity to follow second level electronic study courses held in Olivetti HQ in Ivrea, to become to be able to fix any Olivetti product electronic board. The pcb electronic board were used by the engineer on field to fix the problem. My duty was to diagnose the fault, fix it and retested to be able to be used again by engineers. I was the responsible of all Friuli Venezia Giulia Olivetti reparation lab center. Business or sector Computer and peripheral production.
