Description: Played a key role in assisting Ministry of Environment in Qatar in developing for the first time a multi-platform solutions at virtual machines level, to measure power consumption and carbon footprint, for the first time in cloud environments. Was responsible in providing a solution for event reconstruction plotting live streaming videos, and related social media data on maps based on metadata search, for AlJazeera Networks, distinguished as the first of its kind in Qatar. Currently managing Crosscloud.org project which is a QCRI collaboration with MIT, that aims in separating user information from applications to protect data privacy.

In particular in building the Purdue Ionomics Information Management System (PiiMS), is a World Wide Web-enabled platform that provides integrated workflow control, data storage, and analysis to facilitate high-throughput data acquisition, along with integrated tools for data search, retrieval, and visualization for hypothesis development.
