Professional Profile
I am a professional in Information Technology and have gained experience in large companies from different industrial sectors in leading complex projects and programs with PMP certification. I have covered Project and  Program manager positions in guaranteeing services during the deployment of technical solutions and  monitoring compliance with customer expectations, lately Im covering a Transition Manager position at FCA in  a major IT service provisions contract for EMEA and LATAM plants.  I have a skilled background in innovative IT architecture such as virtualization, business continuity, disaster  recovery, data protection, cloud computing, networking, security and data migration, and I manage the  evolution and transformation of production architectures as follow business demands or final users needs.
I have sought to develop my communication skills over the years, to allow me to manage both stakeholder and  risk management, regardless of organizational complexity. Professional Experience

FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) 2/2013-today
Transition and Transformation Manager (2/2015-today): I'm working in a multiyear contract of ICT services management provision for FCA production plants located in LATAM and EMEA. As T&T manager I'm responsible  for the transition from incumbent supplier insuring the proper setup of ICT processes, the management of  transformation phase of all plants included in the scope for the contract duration. In my responsibility are:
– constant monitoring to the supplier insuring correct performance of services to be in line with business  expectation, evaluate regularly that KPIs of the service have been follow the SLA contract definition and  propose the corrective actions if necessary.
– Manage communication to final users insuring correct level of update of stakeholders, validate deliverables  and reports and control the cost variation of managed service following changes requests coming from  plants have been within contract constraints.
– manage the evolution of IT architecture as much as possible respecting budget allocation, and regularly to  report the progress status of service to C-level for evaluation of issues and global performance  Program Manager (2/2013-2/2015): Within the ICT governance group at FCA, responsible for managing the  evolution of IT architectures for production applications, I'm been in charge of feasibility studies, defining and  qualifying technical proposals through tender, validating bids for supplier selection, checking and verifying  proposed solutions, and planning and organizing service delivery on the basis of priorities set by the business.  As a point of reference for application developers and final users, I'm the first interface when addressing
business and production requirements; able to assess the financial and operative impact on infrastructure and  agree on the correct path to take for its implementation. Main outcomes:
– Manage setup of ICT infrastructures for EMEA plants, comprising equipment selection and checking that  required functionalities are integrated.
– Controlling changes of IT architecture including consolidation of core applications either for new demands  or company transformation needs, performing risk assessment for changes impact in production continuity.  CNH Industrial 3/2012-2/2013
Program Manager (3/2012-2/2013): As PMO in the central ICT division of CNH, I was responsible for main  projects in EU and LATAM areas, managing IT architecture for main business applications and driving and  coordinating main suppliers in order to reach agreed targets. Main outcomes:
– Renewal of main suite of a plants manufacturing applications, with a full review of SAP RICEF landscape.
– Governance of the main SAP update program to refresh sw and hw, and implementation of new D/R and HA  features, and a new SAP archiving project.
– Major reorganization of BI and DWH worldwide distributed architectures, required to develop new reports  required by the business and to align hw and sw infrastructure to user needs.
EMC Computer Systems Italia S.p.A 4/2000-3/2012
Program Manager (1/2009-3/2012): Within the Global Service Organization Italy, I was responsible for leading  FGA customer projects and other companies inside the group, such as IVECO, ITEM and FPT. These projects  included initiatives for the development, processing, data migration, and renewal of services and architectures  of business-critical applications for FGA group companies. In addition to delivering positioned solutions, I worked with the sales team on routine activities such as: weekly meetings to discuss opportunities, actions and
tasks allocation; analysis of proposed offers and group company needs; on-site presence to take advantage of  new opportunities; and a consultative approach to solving problems. Main achievements:  FGA: I led a team of 10 people on a 4-project program for a total value of 8M, 1M of which were services.

 – Migration of corporate SAP infrastructure to a new architecture and replacement of backup infrastructure.
– Transformation of engineering design environment for hw and sw application architecture renewal.
– Re-hosting of Active Cycle Billing application and adoption of a new archiving and backup architecture.
– Renewal of overall FGA business critical applications, including backup and archiving.
FPT: Renewal of IT infrastructure for applications aimed at consolidating productions environments: Duration of
1.5y, value 600k, 100k services budget.
ITEM: data moving of the company data centers to a new shared site. Duration 6m, value 500k, 100k services.
Project Manager (1/2004-1/2009): within TSG Group, I set up a new delivery division of EMC, created to
manage small and medium enterprise customers (until then entrusted to partners) directly. Main outcomes:
– United Nation (UNLB): a large program of IT architecture renewal for the central Logistics Base in Brindisi
with an international team, reporting to US headquarters.
– Lottomatica: set up a new architecture for a widespread payment service with D-R features to remote site
– Sella Bank: renewal of all IT architecture, including a new D/R data protection level.
– Telecom Italia: Transfer of IT corporate site, utilizing data replication technologies to reduce downtime,
with HW refresh of core infrastructure, setup of new site, and business critical application (SAP) start-up.
Project Manager (4/2000-1/2004): I began my experience in the management of EMC enterprise customers, in
projects involving the implementation of reliable storage infrastructures required by business critical
applications. Main outcomes:
– FIAT: project management delivery of solutions with NAS and SAN technologies.
– Intesa Bank: implementation of mainframe architectures with PPRC replication solution.
– Infostrada/WIND (telco): projects and services management of IT solutions based on EMC technologies.
