For more than two years, a commercial promoter of the assistance services range (MM Service) through the development of the new
products and the adaptation of existing ones. Preparation and offer of package service contracts thanks to the collaboration and
management of the warehouse. Planning and coordination of technical interventions with specialized profile at customers’ sites thus
guaranteeing the care of interpersonal and post-sales relationships. Participation in continuous technical training courses (deepening
and collaborative development at and with the Holding) allowed me to improve the level of knowledge on the after sales side. I take
care of reporting, I follow the activities for problem solving at Management level, with interface with the Holding and I work with the IT
department with training and coaching activities for colleagues and customers.
Previously, I had a Customer Engineer role acting with “reactive” mood in order to acceptance and follow-up activities until complete
resolution of the open cases transmitted by the customer and featured aspects such as chronicity (complex and requiring structured
phases in multiple stages, planned and distributed over time), urgency and difficulties with customers of primary importance
(directional or with important ongoing negotiations or with open or potential legal or financial cases). After a period of collaboration
with the Project Manager, I participated in specific activities within larger projects, depending on the required skills such as data
collection and analysis campaigns, performance optimization and site-related testing activities. These years marked the beginning of
a strong partnership with the holding by telephone and/or email.
During my first years in the company I have been use to work in the field of electronic technician activities in "proactive" mode and,
using every available means, I have faced the cases and problems that arose before and after the final test. I have created new
procedures for improving support through troubleshooting and monitoring open issues, communicating about the status of ongoing
and scheduled actions. Collaboration with the warehouse allowed me to identify and deliver the needed spare parts for the
successful completion of technical assistance.
