Activities:

Project Management :

·         Monitoring project progress as per scheduled deadlines for various tasks and taking necessary steps to ensure completion within time, cost and effort parameters.

·         Delivering products /services /solutions within constraints (schedule, features / functionality, and budget) & ensuring quality execution in the delivery of a product/service/solution to drive satisfaction.

Description:

       The main Objective of Special Assets Data Mart (SPA) project is to provide insight into operational efficiency of the Special Assets groups and provide decision support system to streamline the collections and recovery activities by reporting and analysis of data. To support the business needs the mart has been built with different source system entities and to calculate metrics and trends using the predefined reporting templates. Reporting tools also needs to be designed in such a manner to support ADHOC query request and analysis the executive dashboards and parameterized reports.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Examining the Requirements provided by the Clients and Preparing the Design Documents

·         Creating Mappings/Mapplets, Sessions, Workflows/Worklets and UNIX scripts for the corresponding mappings/workflows.

·         Optimizing the Mappings, Sessions, and Workflows to improve the load performance.

·         Preparing Unit Test Plan Document, Unit Testing Document, SIT Plan Document, System Integration Testing and confirming all requirements within a narrow deadline.

Description:

           The HUB provides an efficient, cost-effective and flexible capability for building and operating data acquisition and integration applications.  The HUB architecture involves two major stages of data processing and management:

  • Data Acquisition, which gathers data from multiple sources and makes it available at a single point—the Persistent Staging Area, or PSA
  • Data Integration, which moves and transform data from the HUB to one or more highly integrated target database environments such as Banking Data Warehouse (BDW).

             The key objective of the HUB is to separate generic processing responsibilities from source-specific processing responsibilities for each HUB application. These generic processing responsibilities are made available for reuse by HUB application developers via the HUB platform, thus reducing the time and effort required to build new applications, and maximizing commonality between them.
