Esperienze

Since 2014 I cover the position of Head of ICT Administration and Services at Oerlikon Drive Systems. I have the organizational and management responsibility of ICT Services and I am responsible for defining ways of fruition, service levels, KPIs, and IT architecture to support service request and incident management processes throughout the division wordwide. I manage the annual buddget for all IT Services (about 1Mio Euros) of the division and I coordinate the four local IT services managers (America, China India, Italy) as well as the outside providers of ICT services (about twenty). I also deal with the administrative processes of information systems such as budgeting, forecasting, investment plan, period closures etc in collaboration with the local finance depts. (America, China India, Italy) and I am also the administrative front end of the division for ICT versus our Corporate in Switzerland.

2012-2013: Service Desk Manager at Oerlikon Drive Systems with the organizational and management responsibility of ICT Services and with the task of defining ways of fruition, service levels, KPIs, IT architecture to support service request and incident management processes for The EMEA region with direct co-ordination of external ICT service providers (about five).

2008-2011: Help Desk Specialist at Oerlikon Drive Systems with the role of providing support for software, for the workplace management and for mobile devices in EMEA Region.

1998-2007: in Venco Group with the role of System Engineer for consulting in the design, implementation and management of the information system for the external customers. The activities were:  Consulting and System support for Microsoft Windows NT4 / 2000/2003 Platforms; Exchange2000/ 2003; SQL.  Microsoft Access programming.  Advanced Help Desk for troubleshooting on Microsoft systems and LAN devices.  System support on Terminal Server e Citrix Metaframe 1.8/XP environments.  System support on Tivoli Storage Manager  Feasibility studies for ICT projects and preparation of the technical relationships needed for implementation.  Collaboration with the Company sales channel for the promotion of ICT services, and for technical support in pre-sales meetings with customers.  Consultancy for drafting the DPS (Security Policy Document as by the Privacy law 196).

1988-1998: in Venco Group with the role of Technical Trainer and Help Desk specialist on Microsoft and IBM software products.  Technical training in house on Microsoft office and IBM Lotus Notes.  Technical training in house on operating systems in client-server environment.  Help-desk and technical support for company customers. (Reale Mutua, Fiat Sepin, Sanpaolo, Alenia, Valeo, etc.)

1986-1987: employee of Ferrarsi srl, ermes agency in Turin, with the role of selling, configuring and installing personal computers and related software for Office Automation and Finance.

1984-1986 Technical consultant at Olivetti, for training and after-sales service management on software application.

Managed projects: 2017 – Project Manager for the Company Quality Management System based on Siemens's Compliant Pro platform. (in progress) 2016 – Industry 4.0 – Software system for production components feeding for assembly lines, based on Android platform integrated with Infor's ERP BPCS. 2015 – Project Manager for Product Lifecycle Management System project on PTC Windchill 10 platform. 2014 – Company Service portal for Plant Maintenance based on BMC Remedy Platform. 2013 – Company Service portal for Machinery Maintenance based on BMC Remedy Platform. 2012 – Company Service portal for ICT services based on BMC Remedy Platform.
