My Mission is providing an enterprise-wide approach to identify, prioritize and successfully execute a portfolio of Multimillion $ Budget IT initiatives and projects
Main activities:
•    Plan and coordinate resources to execute projects within predicted cost, quality and time estimates 
•    Ensure standard repeatable process and supporting tools are utilized to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of services
•    Provide reports to the stakeholders on the progress and results of the program
•    Support stakeholders in decision making 
•    Identify Customer expectations
•    Manage projects scope defining objectives, costs, resources and timeline
•    Define and monitor activities plan
•    Assure projects are completed on time and on budget
•    Manage scope changes 
•    Discuss budget and trend with Customer
•    Manage the projects by coordinating the internal references of the impacted areas assigned to the projects
•    Interact with Customer for operational detail necessary to complete a project

2010/12:    Eni Gas&Power S.p.A(Italy): Project Manager. OIC Project – a Business application management disposing commissions, for the agencies and for Franchisees in the context of commodity gas and power.

2009/10:    WIND Telecommunication Company(Italy): Project Manager. TTMS project – a Mediation Billing System. 

2007/09:    Vodafone Network Communication (Italy). Project Manager. NETIP project – a Network Inventory application for Vodafone User. 
 

2006/07:  Siemens Network Communication (Italy). Project Manager. ICT main contract for Outsourcing IT services in “I Viaggi Del Ventaglio” Company Group, a big International Travel Company. Coordination of IT requests and projects.   

2005/06:      Ericsson Lab (Italy). Project Manager: Outsourcing IT services and support for Internal Ericsson laboratory projects. 

2004/05:    Telecom Italia (Italy). Project Manager: VAS Project – Value Added Services on Packet Intelligent Network area and other applications. Business analysis, planning, budgeting, develop and delivery phases of product. Coordinating Requirements, technical requests, development phases, Integration phases, Verification & Validation Test, Acceptant Test. Project Vodafone (Italy): Revenue Assurance Service System. Reengineering of Revenue Assurance System in billing area. Responsible of development and delivery phases. 

2002/03:    Telecom Italia (Italy). Project Manager: Responsible for Project GPRI 5 Italy, an Intelligent Network Provisioning System. Requirements, Developments, Integration, Verification & Validation Test, Acceptant Test and Support of Intelligent Network Services. Services Migration from SMS2000 Lucent platform to eSM Lucent platform. Migration of Network Services Actuator from Sun platform to HP-UX platform. Migration from Client-Server to Web-based technology.
2001:    Retevision TLC (Spain). Project Manager: Responsible for Project GPRI 5 SPAIN , an Intelligent Network Provisioning System. Services Migration from SMS2000 Lucent platform to eSM Lucent platform. Migration of Network Services Actuator from Sun platform to HP-UX platform. Migration from Client-Server to Web-based technology. Business requirements, development, integration, Verification & Validation Test, Acceptant Test, supply HW,  demo and training on site. Presentation of the feature to IT and Sales department.

    Activation of the first Virtual Private Network Service on Retevision SMS2000 Lucent platform. 

DIGISOFT SYSTEM ENGINEERING S.r.l      1997/1999:     
    Telecom Italia (Italy):  Project Leader. Responsible for SNA, a Service Network Actuator Project – Release 3.00, Release 4.00.  Responsible for business requirements, technical requests, development, system integration, configuration, supplying HW, testing and product support of Calling Card Network Services on IN-SMS/SMS2000 Lucent platform. Development of Personal Number and Virtual Private Network Service.
