IBM reporting directly to BOM Manager 2008 – November 2016 My activity had concerned:  Follow the on/offboarding Process for Consultants on Vodafone Project through the tools IVPM and UAR (Ibm internal tools), making sure that all the necessary documents and steps are present in the correct form and documentation so to pass any random survey.  Survey the compliancy of claim for Consultants on Vodafone Project supporting and easying Project Managers in this time consuming but important activity  Support to Project activities planning: cost control, resources assignment.  Support to predisposition productive capability  Control professional figures and rates, relationships with the suppliers, applications of purchase (RDA), authorizations to the payment. Interface with Administration and Purchases for the flows  Monitoring that the economic data are in line with the objectives of business target. Project reporting to verify the correct activities planning, respect to the dates and the assigned resources, the final balance and to underline removals and anomalies.  Check that each sales step complies to the Vendor Process between IBM and Vodafone to avoid faults and penalties.  Service Desk Operator The activity consisted in managing requests coming from 5 different Countries (Italy – Spain – Portugal – Eire – Greece).The task was organized on 24/7 shifts and consisted in dispatching problem tickets coming from Vodafone on support queues belonging to each Country and vice versa. The problem tickets were of different kind: analysis, deployment, post deployment and bug fixing. The dispatching activity had a time-out to be respected so not to incur in penalties. The whole activity was managed in English with 100% target pursued (never went over SLA time).

The activity consisted in testing basic software and program languages with automatic set of non-regression, positive, negative and bug-fix tests with communication of the results to the Project Team to amend the problem.
