This project was held in collaboration with the C*Blade in Maniago (PN, Italy). My focus was on Cost accounting item along all the supply chain. After the analysis of the firm’s balance, I set up an automatic system to allocate to each business unit its costs and to manage them in an automatic way. In that period, I also collaborated with Over-log in Buttrio (UD, Italy) on logistics issues. In that case, I used a software to create an algorithm aimed at optimizing the material flow in the warehouse taking into account all the possible variables
