January 2004 – May 2016 Leonardo SpA (ElsagDatamat S.p.A / Selex ES S.p.A ) – Mission Planning Systems Business Unit: Since 2004 involved initially as SW engineer and subsequently as technical leader and finally as Engineering Chief for Mission Planning System for military aircraft (Italian Air Force Tornado, AM-X, MB339, M346 aircraft, Italian Navy P72A and Italian Army NH90, A129 helicopter). I’ve been involved in all aspects of system lifecycle (requirement analysis, contractual negotiation, proposal and bidding, planning and coordination of activities, design, development and test, delivery and support of systems). I’ve gained large experience in system analysis and solution integration.

September 2003 – December 2003 NETikos S.p.A.(Roma) Web Portal (Telecom Italia www.187.it) development and maintenance on BroadVision 7.0 platform, with Java, JSP, Struts technologies. In details I have developed portal administration customization and JSP pages.

April 2001 – September 2003 S.T.E. S.p.A.(Pomezia – RM) C.R.M and workflow management system analysis, design and development. The system was able to get customer messages from several incoming channel, such as email, SMS, Fax, to semantically analyze them with text categorization technique; categorization result allows system to assign each message handling to most valuable system user, choosing him by user’s skill and message category match. System has been developed in Java as a web oriented application on Apache-Tomcat platform with servlet and JSP. I’ve personally designed and developed a he part of the system and particularly Text Categorization module, implementing the state of the art algorithms, known in the artificial intelligence literature, and an original one as a combination of text categorization algorithms. In this project I worked as project leader collaborating to the promotion of the system too.
