• Carry out routine maintenance checks and report/resolve any faults or abnormalities of

equipments.

• Implement the safe and efficient maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment in

accordance with the agreed maintenance and safety procedures.

• Attend breakdowns.

• Machine history cards for all the machines have to be maintained and corrective maintenance

schedule should be updated whenever service is completed.

• The preventive maintenance schedule should be carried out with a plan.

• Generate machine breakdown chart for every month to understand the root cause and the

remedial action.
