– draft the "Business Book", by writing all the Association's revenues and expenditures.

– Writing the budget to the Assembly at the end of the year, so to be approved

-Evaluating the ESN section's money to take part to institutional or network events/activities.

-he/she manages and buys what is necessary to deal with the different activities

– controls the ESN Italy and the ESN International's deadlines involving the whole ESN section and making the payment (having communicated with the ESN Board)
-he/she produces all the bureaucracy necessary to create an open call or a campaign

-he looks for sponsorship to the Association.

Main tasks:
– Collection, analysis and processing of the prices of products to be tested
– Check the availability of products on the world market
– Contacts with the producers also by sending questionnaires
– Interface with the rest of the group of market analysts and project managers in order to produce economic analysis reports, estimating demand and consumer preferences, analyze competitors and make comparisons on technical services and products of competitors.
