Principali attività e responsabilità I'm currently working as IT Manager & Service Manager EMEA at Qstar Technologies.

As IT Manager my goal is to make our company infrastructure solid and ready to satisfy internal customers’ requests and needs.

I’m in charge of the design, installation, configuration, maintenance, and complete management of virtual Windows\Linux Farms using VMware, satisfying the security of data with many different solutions as Symantec, Veeam, CommVault and preventing unauthorized access on our network with the managing of Cisco Firewall.

I have an in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocols suite for managing LAN/WAN networks Installation, configuration DNS, DHCP, WINS, NIS, NIS+, Routing, Firewall, Proxy), scripting and monitoring and on all the Windows Releases with all their features (Scripting – Powershell – Sharepoint )

As Service Manager, as I was when in Deutsche Bank, I’m in charge of monitoring the lifecycle of the services, overviewing processes and the respect of SLA/services requested by the customer looking for enhancement, where possible, in the service lifecycle.
