The business in our scope are: Lotto, “10eLOTTO”,”Million day”, BETTING, INTERACTIVE, B2B portal (for scratch and win selling), and more. H24 services, which manage millions of transaction for a total founding of billions of euros. The team are composed of 12 senior system engineers and it take care of more than one thousand nodes (systems & applications). We are able to follow our customer any days of the year at anytime. From 03/2012 – To 03/2015 Voice Competence Center Manager Lottomatica S.p.a., Roma Voice applications for the contact center platform (B2B and B2C channel), design, implementation and maintenance: • CTI platforms (Cisco and Genesys) up to 300 agents (delocalized in several countries) for B2B (business channel and assistance for services provided in Italy) and B2C (for Italian and international interactive customers). • CTI integration Vs other back-end environments (CRM, DWH, e-wallet, payment gateway, etc.) • Corporate voice architecture: about 2500 active telephones on the Cisco UC platform. • SS7 Sed Multitel interconnection (over 2500 CIC channels) with class 4 carrier-grade (transit), in compliance with the O.L.O. • SBC / SIP PROXY architecture, for the collection of VoIP calls (Trunk SIP) for national and international services. • LAN network management of the Italian brunches office: active equipment and wiring (6000 network points).
