Workflow consists of customer support, managing IT related service requests and problems consequently finding a solution by remote control support or forwarding them to the proper world- wide resolver group.

10/14 – 04/16 | Dobre Móveis, Curitiba – BrazilDesigner

Cooperated within a team on designing planned furniture.

Main tasks were 3D modeling products and the development of digital renderings. Also created strategic solutions for the company's digital transformation like the redesign of their website that assured an immediate and fast user experience.
