• Main activities and responsabilities I spent last year to design digital transformation for some of the major OSS systems, member of 
an international team which objective is to design a cross-country platform. Lead digital 
transformation to improve BAU economics, update technology, rationalize processes and 
systems. Challenge in my role is lead employees to move from legacy systems to the most 
recent technologies assuring daily operational tasks.

From 2016 to summer of 2018 as member of design authority of Vodafone OSS Network 
Inventory group, my role is to gather customer requirements, evaluate and design solution to 
meet customer needs.
I am involved in the entire cycle of initiatives from requirement definition (demand management)
to go-live as contributor in terms of functional analyst and technical advisor. Cause to multiple 
parties involved strong soft-skills in terms of communication is a must to assure the successful of 
initiatives.
Design activity regards improvements of existing system (change to existing functionality or 
creation of new one), integration between systems and introduction of new applications.
My daily tasks involve interaction with final customer distributed in Europe and factory located in 
Egypt.
Experiences in Spindox gave me the opportunity to improve my communication skills and work 
in an international environment, face a workspace composed by several stakeholders of different 
cultural extraction.

• Main activities and responsabilities First experiences were in IT Operations environments, mainly about IT architectural monitoring 
and third-party’s integration, for which has required a heterogeneous knowledge of IT in terms of

integration protocols (SNMP, WBEM, WMI), programming languages (Perl and Java), IT 
Architecture (either from a network point of view and applicative point of view).

best practices), data manipulation (ETL), data presentation (Dashboarding), project 
management.
I have built a mindset based on solid technical skill, but the most important aspect regards my 
approach and method to analyze and to focalize on most valuable tasks, that drives me to face 
new projects with enthusiasm.
High confidence with multiple technologies blended with my talent to understand and translate 
customer's business needs into a technical solution, that move my career to
pre-sales role. I have collaborated with commercial team to define proposal about technical 
concerns,
release learning session to commercial team to provide them the basis to understand technology 
and services to propose to customers, lead proof of concept to give customer the opportunity to 
evaluate products and services.
Last part of my experience in Beta80group has seen me involved in management roles as a 
manager of technical resources and responsible of Dynatrace partnership. In the role of 
manager i had the ownership of planning activities, training and staff growth, yearly performance 
evaluation.
As responsible of a partner objective was to maintain the communication channel between the 
parties to organize events, update sales and presales material as well as the sales team, lead
technical team to achive company objectives related to APM unit.
