Role Associate Director
Reporting directly to Business Technology Partner and member of the management team, for the Central, East and South Europe Project Portfolio Management, the main challenge is to work in a multi-country (32) environment with the primary scope to re-engineer the entire data life-cycle and re-platforming the legacy solution with an innovative solution devoted to increasing the value of data
Achievements Started in IQVIA as a Project Manager, the scope was to follow international projects based on a standard solution for a Business Intelligence service. Project’s stakeholders were Business Technology Partners, Country General Managers, and Client Service Consultants, Production Teams, Statistical office and Global Support Team.
Moved to the role of Program Manager responsible for a program based on a global Data Warehouse solution, the scope was to follow both product development and country deployment projects, accordingly with Corporate strategy.
For product development, the responsibility was to manage the entire product lifecycle, collecting new requirements from the business, from the technical design authority, and from the production teams. These requirements were discussed with Product Owner and Product Architect in the regular Change Advisory Board with the scope to define new features and releases.
Promoted to the Associate Director Role, as part of the management team, for the Central, East and South Europe Project Portfolio Management with a specific focus on Big Data re-platforming projects.
Leading a team composed of 10 project managers with the responsibility to improve the project delivery performance with a special focus on the Agile methodology and innovation (Big Data / Analytics).
Responsible for a big project (1M$+ budget) in an important Country, with the goal to re-engineer the entire data processes, increasing the value of the information assets, and improving the data management domain. The new solution is based on the Corporate Big Data platform.

Information Management and Business Intelligence Consultant
As part of the Information Management line of business, working on Information Management and Business Intelligence projects with the scope to do the analysis of the entire data lifecycle value, design, implement and maintain new solutions for the Clients.
Achievements
The first engagement (6 months) was a Data Management/Information Management Strategy project for the United Arab Emirates – National Company for Onshore Oil Operation focused to obtain a deep understanding of the ADCO current information capabilities and practices, define the future scenario for each of the Data/Information Management capabilities in term of Data Governance and Business Intelligence needs, and Design & Plan the solution.
The next engagement (more than 4 years) was the Business Intelligence solution for Mediaset Premium (Italian Pay TV) project with the focus on the entire software life-cycle: analyze, design, build, test, and deploy. The focus was increased in the last year on the Application Maintenance for the Business Intelligence and Billing solutions based on contracted service level agreement.

As part of the Database and Information Management Line of Business, involved in the design and implementation of complex and business critical solutions and in Infrastructure Operation & Maintenance services.
Achievements
Joined Oracle as Senior Technical Analyst in Support Services team, with the scope to support Customers and Partners in technical issues related to the installation, maintenance and use of Oracle products assuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Main activities covered in this role were: Oracle database server upgrade, migration, server assessment, setup, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and backup/recovery.
Promoted as Senior Technical Architect with the role to design infrastructure solutions in order toincrease business service availability, reaching an agile architecture where valuable IT assets should be quickly adapted to business requirements, reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and increasing the Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) process.
Finally engaged as Technical Project Leader in the Infrastructure Operation and Maintenance services with the scope to guarantee the availability of architecture accordingly with the service level agreements and to support all development and quality-assurance teams in their tasks. This kind of service is based on ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) practices.
