I organize Scrum (ensure that the process is followed), facilitate the daily meetings, help the team to improve and to be fully productive (shield them from external interferences and removes barriers), support the use of agiles practices (Continuous integration, TDD), support the product owner when writing or prioritizing stories, organizing demo, maintaining the product backlog… I implement Scrum in a pragmatic and efficient way and I encourage developers to focus on business request, acceptance criteria, and quality.
