Thesis Title : Dynamic Neural Networks to Generate Robotics Trajectories

Abstract : The postulation work presents Artificial Neural Networks fit for generating state trajectories from the state space mapping of a framework. The models with the main focus are Unsupervised Neural Networks, which are Growing Neural Gas (GNG), (Fritzke), Grow When Required (GWR), (Marsland) and a new network with Dynamic Topology called State Trajectory Generator (STRAGEN Off-line and STRAGEN On-line), (Benante). Each model works in three phases: Training, Trajectories Generation and Validation Error phase. These tools used for measuring robot performance and for implementing and executing optimized trajectories in the robots. Simulations and results for the robotic domains (with a two-dimensional and PUMA 560 robotic manipulators) are considered.
