The application is built to provide one stop solution for different data specific needs of re-insurance business i.e. underwriting. The application pulls data from different sources after business hours and put it together in DRW database. Post which the data will be used by QlikView and BO reports. These reports are being referred by Germany, US, Australia business users for making business critical decisions like signing new Treaty, renewal of treaty, insurance claims etc.

Workorder Board
Vodafone Germany (D2D sales department)
The application is intended to automate the manual CCB process of assigning sale’s agent to a workorder assignment using PL-Sql code. We had huge data and doing it manually is a cumbersome job where the probability of mistake was high.  With this project Sales agent assignment is standardized and implemented such that it ensured optimal utilization of resource and at the same time improved the quality of service for our customers.

Industrialization
Vodafone Germany (BI department)
After acquiring Kabel Deutschland in Germany, Vodafone wanted to standardize the process according to Vodafone way. This projects objective was to draw a clear line between D2D dept and BI dept. All-important data source of D2D dept DataMart was identified and a system was built to transfer the data securely using CSV files. All further business logic and calculation which were specific to D2D dept were applied in DataMart thereafter.
