After several years working in key position inside projects relevant for the
company’s development in addiction of previous roles I’m working as Manager
and coordinator the customer service provided to FCA Automotive employees
Duties .
• Working to improve operational and quality standards to
maintain the service offered at high levels and within the
parameters defined by the SLAs
• coordinating up to 20 tier 3 techs, tier 1 helpdesk operators
and tier 2 remote techs supervision the daily tasks
• operator’s training, development and evaluation to create
proactive and productive collaboration
• development of operational strategies and procedures to
promote customer’s satisfaction and create a positive
environment for both employees and customers.

Thanks to positive collaboration with ICT Logic S.r.l.; FCA required a
new 7×24 IT support service for its employee during their business
trip, I was nominated as operational manager in charge of creating
ad leading a team of new tier 2 technicians
Duties.
• Development of the workflows for service’s operations
• operator’s training, development and evaluation
• coordinating the processes for the escalation from 1tier helpdesk
operators and tier 2 techs
• providing IT support for FCA employees using remote control tools
like Team Viewer and Microsoft Remote Control

My first appointment for ICT logic S.r.l. gave me the opportunity to
improve and enhance my technical and organizational skills thanks to
the daily works on the fields and several travels in FCA automotive

Duties.
• resolving hardware and software issues and incident occurred to
FCA Manager’s workstations, tablet, smartphone and many more
