I am a Project Engineer/System Analyst, currently working for GECO srl System Integrator Company, Italy. In the framework of the assistance that we provide to our customers, I daily work with problem solving situations, mainly at airports, subway stations, train stations and industrial plants like Oil& Gas or power plants. I have the chance to closely collaborate with worldwide companies, such as ANSALDO, AVAYA, MOSER BAER, BREDA, BOSCH, DATAMODUL, HIKVISION, SELEX, HITACHI, D-RESEARCH, BARCO, SAMSUNG, SARPOM EXXONMOBIL what constantly tests and improves my know-how and my skills. My current position requires constant under pressure work. We have several IT assistance contracts. Assistance has to be provided Immediately, after very short notice. I easily deal with multitasks-skill requesting situations and manage to meet all deadlines at any time of day and night. Given to the products my company provides and sells I daily work per email, per conference call, per regular phone, per remote applications, with Germans, Belgians, Swiss, Chinese, Koreans, North Americans and other countries’ nationals. We often have meetings with our international partners and clients.

During my work experience, I have focused my skills implementation to a constantly increasing knowhow in Hardware and software solution as Server configuration with different OS, customer assistance for the most common Windows packages as Office, Excel, Power Point and more.

I have a very good base of networking so I can easily manage different layers of network and troubleshooting. I have acquired a master certification with Bosch for security system as Surveillance System with IP technologies and I’m a worldwide Bosch Training teacher.

As a domain administrator, inside my company, I constantly work with the most used virtualization environment as Citrix Xenserver and client software as Xencenter, and VMware. I’m very confident with all the remote assistance software as VNC, TeamViewer, Ammyy that gave me the possibility to easily access to worldwide installation I have commissioned and supervised during this years. I have increased my customer orientation providing multi level assistance to all our customers.

I have a very good approach to all the new technologies and software, I’m confident to work alone and as a team player.  I’m a very social person, flexible, good listener, very patient; I like to have a good relationship with my colleagues and with my overall working environment. I have a tranquil character but at the same time I’ve quick processing skills. I work and live in a multilingual environment. I’m good at understanding and assessing the customers’ requests, so to facilitate my colleagues’ work.
