 Holding the position of System Integrator , with the responsibility of the NAV equipment [ Vor,
Dme, Ils, Radar Altimeter, Direction Finder, Homing, FMS ( GPS ) and FMON ( Flight Monitoring
function that involves Camera, Flir, etc.) ] on the EC145 and EC645 H/C ( Eurocopter, an Airbus
company ).
 Holding the position of ATOS Team Leader inside Eurocopter and Project Manager to the
customer.
The main tasks were:
Planning and coordination of weekly and daily meetings ( till twice per day ) with the
Customer´s project management and the ATOS team staff according to AGILE
methodologies;
Creation of presentations regarding the status of the project, the milestones trend,
planning and checking/controlling the project status and the progress;
Supporting either Project and Program Managers to interface with the customer being
their interface to the customer;
Planning and managing ATOS resources.
 Holding the position of ATOS Project Manager to the customer Eurocopter.
Acquired good knowledge and dexterity on IBM Rational Doors ( Web-based
requirements solution ) while managing Requirements, tracing Req. to the relative
Tests on the ATPs ( Acceptance Test Procedure / Plan ) , managing PRs ( Problem
Reports ) and relative BCRs ( Baseline Change Requests ) and finally managing ATPs
to create then the ATRs ( Acceptance Test Report ).
Acquired good knowledge and dexterity on MantisBT ( open source Bug Tracker )
while managing PRs ( Problem Reports ), BCRs ( Baseline Change Requests ) and
Bench Tickets ( bugs and problems found on the benches ).

 Held the position of EDP vice manager and hardware & software technician aboard of Italian
Navy ships on behalf of Selex (AMS) in a navy defence project that involves also French Navy.
 Held the position of vice project leader within Selex (AMS) supporting and managing the
software side of STN project (National Remote Management System) for ENAV (National
Agency for Flight Assistance).
STN is a Control and Monitoring System (CMS) used by ENAV in order to control, monitor and
maintain equipment and systems provided from different suppliers, located both in the Control
Tower and in Radar Head.
I performed the following activities on STN:
– Installation
– Setting Up
– Integration and Configuration
-Acceptance Tests
 Held the position of HP-UX, HP OpenView Operations, NNM and Service Navigator System
Administrator and HP Quality Center operator and I helped HP technicians to customize the
product HP OpenView upon committee requirements and to create patches for the above
mentioned software.
 Held the position of VMWARE System Administrator.
 Held the position of Senior System Integrator in the domain of ATC (Air Traffic Control) Systems
on behalf of Selex.
The System Integration was performed over all the systems ( and over all the functionalities )
that are present inside either Control Centers than Radars and are:
– CMS ( Control Monitoring System )
– RFE ( Radar Front End )
– RadIn ( Radar Input )
– MRT ( Multi Radar Tracking )
– CWP ( Control Working Position )
– RPB ( Recording and Playback )
– FDP ( Flight Data Processing )
– MTCD ( Medium Term Conflict Detection )
Main activities performed, both on Radars and Control Centres, were:

and Trinidad & Tobago.
 Most significant activities on Sensor components have been Installation, Set-Up, Integration and
Tuning of:
