In ABB my work is to coordinate the maintenance Service of the Turbocharging for Marine and
Energy Plant Field. Establish and maintain effective customer relationships and identify potential risk
in the bids, prepare the proposal including both technical and cost elements, arrange and negotiate
the Maintenance Agreement for the Turbos based on customer needs. The main aspect of the job is
to coordinate the Job in terms of timing, parts delivery, planning of the works and customer
communication.

Feb 2017–Nov 2017 Commercial Proposal Specialist
General Electric Oil&Gas – Nuovo Pignone, Florence (Italy)
My role as Commercial Proposal Specialist was to manage technical-commercial proposal to
the customers for Maintenance Service of Gas Turbine in Oil&Gas field. As point of contact for Sub-
Saharan Africa and Australian Customers the main part of the job is related to the negotiation of the
offer in terms of pricing, delivery time and alternative solutions. Particular focus is put on market
strategies, won/lost review and business development based on the KPI analysis.

Feb 2016–Feb 2017 Internship Technical Sales – Turbomachinery Solutions
General Electric Oil & Gas – Nuovo Pignone Spa, Florence (Italy). My work at GE Oil & Gas is based on the analysis and control of all maintenance service for
turbomachinery. The main aspect of this internship is represented by the direct contact with all the onside
colleagues from all around the world in order to guarantee the best view of the outages worldwide.
Particular focus has been put on the analysis of the outages in terms of business and future
development in order to support the regions and the local sales. This internship is also a good
opportunity for me to better understand the logic and the strategies used by a big multinational as GE.

8 Jan 2015–26 Jul 2015 Researcher Assistant Aerodynamics Research Center (ARC) of University of Texas at Arington (UTA), Arlington (Texas, USA) During my work at the University of Texas at Arlington i've conducted research about Slug Calorimeter. The thoretical study and the design of this kind of probe used for high heat flux measurement for atmospheric re-entry conditions has been conducted in the Aerodynamics Research Center of the UTA. This work taught me to work in team and in an international field resolving complex issues respecting very short deadlines.

Sep 2013–Dec 2013 Administrative Assistant Eurochocolate Benedetto Croce Avenue, 16, Naples (Italy) This shop offers to the customers chocolate and gadget of chocolate. My activities were cash management and customer relations (suppliers, internal staff). The shop is placed in the historical center of Naples and the main customers are tourists so this work were also an opportunity to practice different languages.

Sep 2010–Sep 2013 Management Assistant Salvatore Falco Uomo, Naples (Italy) This is the shop of my family. It's placed in the shopping center of the town and it deals men's clothing especially suits. My activities were cash management and customers relations. Thanks to this job i learned how to relate with people with more experience than me and of other generations.
